I would like to opt into electronic voting. I know that my consent to online voting is valid until I opt out by emailing the management company at [email protected]. By voting electronically, I will be counted as being in attendance at the meeting for purposes of determining a quorum. 

Test ballot statement: Acknowledgement needed below
I acknowledge that I will receive a test ballot to verify that my electronic device can successfully communicate with the online voting software.  This test must be completed at least 14 days prior to the vote.
